Our present problem why we are allowing the Mobile Market entry because some or most Homeowners are wanting to find cheaper prices for our basic commodities here due to Pandemic.

The main issue is the pricing of commodities here in our community. We do appreciate all the efforts exerted by the commercial stores here by providing everything for us to protect us from this unseen enemy.

I guess it is more fitting to inform the business owner first so that we can find a common ground and ask them to at least lower their prices without compromising the quality and safety of the food that they provide. In that way, we are finding a solution to that problem alone which is the Pricing and being considerate enough with our business owners here who first and foremost are with us since the start of this ordeal. So let's not add more problems such as being infected by Covid-19. We are not in a win-win situation if ever.

Now, in return, if still, they can't lower their prices since most of us are on a tight budget that is our cue to let other people come in our place and sell goods with all the necessary protocols complied so as not to jeopardize our health and safety.

We have been consistent with our rules since day one and strictly implementing them. Being consistent yields positive results since we are still COVID free here to date. Yes, Deca allowed and signed it if ever one of us get infected? What will Deca 8990 do? Will they disinfect all buildings to protect us? I don't think they have the budget for that.

The problem Cebu City is facing is the result of inconsistencies in implementing rules which are not worth emulating. We should not be complacent. Let us all the more vigilant since we are not winning this battle yet.
